Hello there! My name is Wendy Borg, and I'm the founder of Lumbago. But let me tell you, it's been quite a journey getting here.

Years ago, I struggled with back pain - the kind of pain that made it difficult to sit at a desk for more than an hour or two at a time. It was a constant source of frustration and discomfort, until I discovered the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care.That experience stuck with me, and it wasn't until COVID-19 nearly took my life that I realised just how important it is to prioritise our health. I knew that I wanted to do something to give back, to help others in the same way that I had been helped.And that's how Lumbago was born.

With my experience in organising health talks and spinal awareness sessions for corporate and small businesses, I knew that I could help spread the word about the importance of preventing and addressing workplace back pain. I wanted to create a platform that provided access to qualified chiropractors, promoted a back-friendly workplace culture, and encouraged regular spine and posture checks for employees.

Through Lumbago, I'm proud to be a part of a team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. We're here to help reduce the £14 billion cost of workplace back pain to UK employers through prevention and early intervention.
